E4 and More 4 are as of now (06/05/08) also free to air on free digital satelitte. as are their timeshift sevices (+1) and can be picked up with any FTA.(free to air) digital satellite reciever or even an old sky box.

however Channel 4 will not show up on the EPG of the sky box but it can be added in the "other channels" service by following these steps.
first press the Services button,
then select System Setup
then select Add Channels
then insert the following codes.
Frequency . . . . . . . 10728
Polerisation . . . . . . V
Symbol Rate . . . . . 22000
FEC . . . . . . . . . . . .5/6
then select Find Channels
in the list that comes up you need to scroll down to 8350
and press the yellow button on the sky remote then the select/ok button
and then back up. don't worry about the other channels in the list, you already have them in the EPG.
then check if the channel 8350 is in the other channel list and select, this is Channel 4
this is also the name it is under on the FTA reciever listing but on some models you can rename it Channel 4
